Package Pavement is looking for an experienced and motivated Electrician to join our team.

Hourly - $25-30 / Hour

Hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

• Identifying electrical malfunctions, using test instruments. 
• Inspects and troubleshoots machinery and equipment to determine cause of malfunction or extent of wear or damage. 
• Performs repairs and maintains equipment as necessary.
• Test electrical equipment for safety and efficiency using standard test equipment.
• Installs fixtures, motors and other electrical equipment and makes adjustments.
• Inspects circuits and wiring for specified shielding and grounding and repairs or rewires systems according to code and safety regulations.
• Ability to understand ladder logic and PLC programming.
• Repairs mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electronic components of electrical equipment using standard tools and gauges.
• Plans layout and wires new installations.

Required to follow all OSHA safety regulations and all company safety policies and procedures when performing repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Electrical trade school graduate or completion of electrician apprenticeship program a plus
• Two to five years of experience working in industrial maintenance including pneumatics and hydraulics preferred
• Must have own tools
